First Impressions Matter – And This Hotel Got It Right!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pleasant scent, clean and classy vibes, and a super relaxing environment. 🛋️ There were cozy sitting areas, plus cookies and water in the lobby—such a sweet welcome! 🍪💧 Location-wise, it's terrific! Right beside a mall, with 4 to 5 massage places nearby (hello relaxation 💆♀️), and even a kueh lapis shop! They also sell kueh lapis and cookies in the hotel itself—how convenient! 😍 It took me around 20 mins from Batam Centre due to a slight jam, but totally worth the ride. A lovely surprise: I got a free room upgrade! 💖 Super thankful for the warmth and kindness from the staff. That said—don’t worry, this review is still fully honest and based on my personal experience! 😉 The lift was quick (no long waiting, yay 🚀), and I spotted a water dispenser and thoughtfully categorized recycling bins right outside. Appreciate the effort in being eco-friendly! 🌱♻️ 🚪 And then… I opened the door to my room—wahhh, amazed! The room was spacious and came with a small kitchen stocked with utensils, even a bread toaster! Perfect for longer business trips. Of course, I immediately thought: “Supper tonight confirmed liao!” 😂 Basic coffee and tea were provided, though no bottled water because of their green practices (good job, hotel 🌏). There was a cozy little sofa and a coffee table with two small pieces of kueh lapis—so thoughtful! 💛 Try before you buy, I like that! A dressing table with a mirror that lights up—great for makeup lovers! The bed? Super comfy. 🛏️ Bathroom-wise, toilet and shower are separate. Would be nice if the toilet bowl was automatic (yes, I like warm toilet seats LOL 😆), but everything else was great. Shower pressure? Solid. 💦 Oh, and the TV had 41 channels—note: subtitles in Malay—but you also get YouTube and Netflix, which is a big plus! 📺🎬 All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel.
