[Okinawa] A popular soba restaurant in Nago

I decided to eat Okinawa soba in the Nago area, so I went to Kochan. I went there around 13:30 on a weekday, and there was a huge line! But the turnover was fast, so I was able to enter the restaurant in about 15 minutes. You can choose between mozuku noodles from Iheya Island or white noodles from Nago, but mozuku is more popular, so on this day they only had white noodles. I tried the cartilage soujika (salted pork) soba. It was my first time eating soujika, but it was incredibly delicious! Apparently the soba with the three-piece set of sanmai pork, soujika, and soki was also delicious.
