[Nagato Onsen] Otani Sanso

🇯🇵 Nagato, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan 2023/11/24-25 📝 We received matcha and nama-Uiro as welcome drinks. One of my friends was planning to arrive late, but the staff's response at that time was polite and warm, and I felt a comfortable hospitality. The room we stayed in was a Japanese-Western type, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Since there were three of us, an extra bed was prepared. For dinner, we had a kaiseki meal that made use of local seasonal ingredients, and not only was it delicious, but the appearance and tableware were also carefully selected, so it was a feast for the eyes. There was also an open-air bath in the large public bath, and the sound of the river babbling was soothing. I took a walk around the nearby hot spring town to work up an appetite, and the autumn leaf stairs and the illuminated bridge were very beautiful.
