[Nagasaki Chinatown] Head to Lake Saiko to eat Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon!

The restaurant was beautiful and the service was very pleasant. My mother and I went there together and ordered one each of the special champon and the special sara udon. We shared each and ate them together. The champon had thick, chewy noodles, so we ordered thin noodles for the sara udon, which was a great choice. The two looked similar but had completely different flavors, so I recommend sharing them. It was rich, delicious, and filling!
