A Day Out of Saigon
If you're wondering what a full day tour from Ho Chi Minh looks like this is it!. The day started at 8am with our tour operators taking us to the first destination which was Cu Chi Tunnels. Along the way to Cu Chi, there was one stop at a special needs handicraft centre for souvenirs and light refreshments. Cu chi tunnels themselves were amazing and the highlight for me was the shooting range!. After Cu chi was done we headed for the inclusive lunch before the long ride down to My Tho Marina. From My Tho Marina we took a boat to Phoenix Island for more souvenirs and shopping then onto Unicorn Island where we were immersed with Local performances, snacks and the infamous coconut palm canal rides. The tour ended with us being dropped off at our hotel at 7pm. Simpley Amazing!

Vĩnh Tràng Temple Vietnam 🇻🇳
#vietnamtrip
Vĩnh Tràng Temple is a Buddhist temple near Mỹ Tho in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. It is one of the best-known temples in the region. The temple stands on a 2-hectare block filled with fruit trees in the village of Mỹ Hóa in the town of Mỹ Phong, on the banks of the Bảo Định canal. The pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple in the central Ba Đình district (near the Thang Long Citadel), Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The most famous part of this architecture complex is Liên Hoa Đài
Handling snakes and fishing for crocodiles, everyone averages 80 RMB on the Mekong River, all solid goods
Prices in Ho Chi Minh City were noticeably more expensive when playing in Vietnam🙈,
but this Mekong River day trip is really a good deal,
80 RMB per person including a meal, all solid goods!👍
Visited temples, rode three different sizes of boats🚣,
handled pythons, fished for crocodiles, listened to traditional music🎶,
the lunch tasted good😋, and there were many free tastings.
Unlocked a wealth of new experiences, really worth it.
🚫Not suitable for:
① Those who get seasick or carsick, or have poor physical strength (long time on the road)
② Those with high dining and environment standards (tropical countryside, with flying insects)
🌿Booking: English guide 80 RMB, Chinese guide 180 RMB.
Other than the explanations, everything else is the same, most guides are bilingual in Chinese and English, so don't worry about the language barrier.
⏰Time: Pick up at the hotel around 7:30, depart at 8:20; end the trip at 15:00, arrive in the city at 18:00. (You can also gather directly at the departure point, free luggage storage available)
✅First stop: Rest area (about 1 hour by car)
Like a garden🪷, very large in size.
You can buy something to eat or use the restroom.
✅Second stop: Yongchang Temple
A temple with a blend of international styles, with 60 precious wooden statues and 4 giant Buddha statues.
The temple requires removing shoes to enter, and is decorated with many light strips and colored lights💡, you will feel a clear cultural difference.
✅Third stop: Coconut Sugar Workshop
Learn about the local process of manually scraping coconuts and using machines for production, quite interesting.
There's coconut sugar🥥, coconut oil, etc., and coconut popsicles for about 3 RMB are very tasty. There's also live production.
✅Fourth stop: Rowing boats + watching crocodiles + lunch
Like a big zoo, with catfish, snakes, crocodiles, etc., in different areas, allowing for simple interactions.
🐟Tap on the edge of the pond and the catfish will scramble for food, indeed 'eating' is an eternal theme.
🐊Fishing for crocodiles for 3 RMB, you can take it with you if you catch one, which left me full of question marks.
🚣Rowing through the nipa palm forest, 3-4 people per boat, conical hats provided, better views at the front of the boat, and you can take a photo with the boat lady at the back.
🍛Lunch is a simple round-table meal, but you can also order individually.
I think the taste is good, maybe I was really hungry, and the coconut water was very tasty.
✅Fifth stop: Honey tea + handling snakes + tropical fruits + listening to ancient music
After playing for most of the day, the itinerary is still not over😎
Take a boat to the island, where they demonstrate making honey water, and you can get refills!
🐍Taking a photo with a python is a free activity, feels cool and cold, although I was scared, I still managed my expression.
✨Listening to ancient music while eating tropical fruits, very much like a tea party.
🍍Fruits are sweet and varied by table.
🎶The ancient music is accompanied by various instruments, with several performers taking turns, quite distinctive.
📌Practical Tips:
①After getting off the bus, the tour time is long, carry valuables with you.
②Throughout the trip, it's all no pressure to buy, and the guides are very laid-back.
🗺My 14-day Vietnam itinerary:

Visit Vinh Trang Temple

Vinh Trang Temple near MyTho city is a magnificent Buddhist temple known for its architectural beauty and cultural significance. This temple showcases a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese, Khmer and Chinese architectural styles. The temple complex features ornate pagodas, intricately carved wooden structures, serene gardens and colorful statues of Buddha and various deities. Visit this temple if you have the time to admire its stunning craftsmanship and learn about Buddhist teachings.
Huge sleeping Buddha in Vinh Trang Temple😁😍😘
#vietnamtrip
Vietnam photo coughing | I was shocked by the huge sleeping Buddha and was more than an hour's drive away from Hu Zhi. It is a permanent temple with a history of over 100 years. This was originally a good excuse for me to visit the Mekong River for a day, but I didn't expect it to be quite beautiful. The architectural style has a bit of an Indian flavor, and it is magnificent and magnificent. Short, missing out on the differences~Three statues of giant Buddha statues don't always catch the eye, especially the innermost sleeping Buddha, due to the long travel time
A Sacred Temple In My Tho City🇻🇳
Vĩnh Tràng Temple is a must visit temple in Vietnam, this is a Buddhist temple near Mỹ Tho in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam.
This temple has a beautiful architecture with the interference between Eastern and Western cultures, that thing make this temple known as one of the most beautiful temples in the region.
Vinh Trang Temple is almost always full of visitors everyday. What makes this temple always full of visitor is: their history! Vinh Trang temple was originally built during the middle of the 19th.
Not only that, another thing that makes this temple always full of visitors is the entrance fee for this temple is free and the temple also has a lot of monks that ready to guide and explain when visitors need it.

VINH TRANG PAGODA – TIEN GIANG, Vietnam
Getting There - The pagoda is located on Nguyen Trung Truc street, My Tho city, Tien Giang province. From Ho Chi Minh City, you follow the direction of National Highway 1A to the center of My Tho city. Then follow the provincial road 879 about 3km, go to Vinh Trang park, then turn left about 300m to Vinh Trang pagoda.
Attractions - Vinh Trang Pagoda has a history of construction with many ups and downs and has undergone many changes and embellishments through many generations. About the history of formation, it is known that the pagoda was built by Mr. and Mrs. Tri of Bui Cong Dat district during the Minh Mang period, early 19th century. Initially, the pagoda was just a workshop to serve as a place to practice during the retirement days of Mr. and Mrs. Tri in the district. .
Vinh Trang Pagoda was built in a general architectural style, the interference between Asian and European architecture such as French, Roman, Thai, Mien and Cham architecture. The pillars and along the corridor on the left hand side of the temple will give you the feeling and scene of being in a corridor in Europe.

Mekong River
#fallingforfall
I invited my good friends to join me for a tour to Vietnam. We visited the cities of Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. Vietnam is one my favourite countries to visit because of the people and food.
Mekong River was one of the places we went. Mekong River is a trans-boundary river in East Asia and Southeast Asia. When we were there, we booked a boat ride over there. The ride was quite extraordinary, something we will not be a lt to experience in Singapore. We rowed through the river with trees filled up both banks of the river. After the tour, I read up on the Mekong River and realised it was the world's twelveth longest river.
[Exploring the Mekong River Sunset] The sunset of the Yangtze River is amazing, the water and mountains of the Mekong River, the mountains and the sky of the Mekong River, the beaches and sunsets of the Mekong River! They combined into a huge picture that made me addicted. Into it, forget the tiredness and forget the troubles.
Under the sunset, the boat returns, the tired birds return home, the coconut trees and the distant mountains have become silhouettes.
With the sun setting that fades away, the magnificent sunset glows the red sky, the round sun falls on the layers of green hills, and countless romantic thoughts are slowly coming to my heart.
At the sunset, enjoy the golden waters, sparkling, green hills on both sides, swallowing the sun a little bit, and always redden the sky. Sunset, green hills, rivers, fishing boats, beaches, unparalleled collocation, wonderful fusion, and music.
Mekong River, feel the extreme polarization of the simplicity and deceit
from Ho Chi Minh about 2 hours bus, you can reach the famous Mekong River. The Mekong River is the mother river of the Vietnamese, but the real turbidity is greatly reduced. Here you can take a boat ride or experience an authentic boat. The locals with the hats and hats paddle, and the enthusiasm of the boating is very enthusiasm with us to help us take pictures, and then we start crying poorly. . . Say how poor you are, ask for tips, and once you find that you have no intention of tipping or giving a small tip, immediately become a cold face. Such a tropical rain forest seems to have become extraordinarily heavy, and the poor and suffering locals have left me with a lot of thought.
Among the many scenic spots in Jinghong, Xishuangbanna, it is the closest place to literature and art. If you are about to leave Xishuangbanna, if you ask local people where to go, they will generally recommend the village, because on the one hand, the village is close to the main city in terms of distance. On the other hand, the facilities in the village are all More complete, you can play from early to late.
and the people who are constantly pouring into the night market in the city of Zhuangzhuang are all the food and snacks in the night market. BBQ, savoury cold dishes, raw juice, Southeast Asian snacks.
may be the cause of the environment. At night, the building is covered with a strong atmosphere. The lights are lit up. At this time, the village is in some From the angle, there are a few flavors like Dali and Lijiang Old Town. The people in the night market, dressed in various costumes, adorned the night market more than the Dali foreigner street.
Starlight Night Market Tasting Food: For the foodies, the place where Zhuangzhuang attracts them may not be in its scenery, but the night begins to fall. The Starlight Night Market and its cuisine are gradually becoming more and more lively. In fact, there are many night markets in Jinghong, but it is only one place in the night market.
There is everything in this lively night market. Its just that people who are eager to eat are full of happiness and return home. Isnt that the case?
The Mekong River Tour and Tourism has all the advantages of Thailand's relatively complex tourism infrastructure. The tourism industry here is much stronger than the other Southeast Asian countries where the Mekong River occurred, because this country avoided the conflicts that plagued other countries during the Vietnam War and after the war in the 1960s and 1970s. Until the last two or three decades, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (formerly Myanmar) and Vietnam were truly open to foreign tourists. These countries (especially Vietnam) are catching up quickly, but you will still find that Mekong River Thailand has a wider variety of hotels, Mekong cruise ships and tourist facilities.
The Mekong River travels throughout the country's eastern region. From the north, the Golden Triangle and the beautiful cities of Changmai and Changrui have extended to the south and flowed into the Mekong River in Cambodia. The upper Mekong River in northern Thailand may be the most fascinating and diverse part of the Mekong River. It is mountainous and home to several ethnic minorities known as mountain tribes. Some tour groups and Mekong River cruises will visit these people and sometimes spend the night in remote villages. It is also a great place for cycling, mountain biking and hiking. This is also the place where you can see the mysterious naga fireball every year.
For the people of Bangkok, the Chao Phraya River has an inseparable historical sentiment. Since 1782, Rama I moved the capital from Thonburi in the West Bank to Bangkok in the east coast, and built it here. The Chao Phraya River is like a strip. Aorta-like, a steady stream of nutrients to the heart of Bangkok, also created the bustling city of Bangkok today.
With the passage of time, the city of Bangkok has developed into dozens of times as large as the past. Although the function of the Chao Phraya River is not as good as it used to be, it still guards the people of Bangkok like an old mother. There are many Bangkok citizens who use the Chao Phraya River to travel back and forth, and there will be many sightseeing spots along the way, so let us introduce how to effectively use the Chao Phraya River shipping! There are 38 key terminals on the Chao Phraya River from north to south. Each pier has its own name. The main terminal is Sathorn Pier next to Exit 2 of Saphan Taksin Station on the BTS line of Bangkok MRT. Also known as the Central Terminal, there are a total of 33 terminals to the north. For convenience, they are called N1, N2...N33. To the south is S1, S2...S4.
Boun Awk Phansa is the water festival in Laos. It is the local Buddhist festival in Laos. It marks the end of the rainy season. The monks will end the rule of not being able to leave the temple for three months.
In the night market in Vientiane, I felt like a visit to the temple during the Spring Festival. The surrounding stalls sell all the daily necessities, and the big stereo speakers are standard.
bought a hand-made Loi ka thong from the locals, banana trunks, and banana leaves with some patterns, decorated with flowers and candles in the middle. Go along the crowd to find the place where the lights are placed, and the lights on the river are a little bit light.
In the morning, there are large offerings and vegetarian meals in the temple. In the evening, the monks of each temple will make a small wooden boat, Heua Fai, decorated with candles and flowers. Later, on other streets, I saw that some of the doorways for doing business would be put in different sizes.
The next day was a dragon boat race. It was still a sea of people, so I watched it for a while. The competition was held on the Mekong River, where the Mekong River is the border river and Laos Thailand is across the river.
