Shikoku Pilgrimage + Seto Inland Sea Cycling Tour

DAY 28: Today marks the start of the longest 10-day Golden Week in Japan. Although I did not feel the crowds during the pilgrimage, the red pilgrim signs accompanied me most of the time, guiding each pilgrim in the right direction. From Sankakuji Temple to Tsubaki-dō Temple in Jofukuji, I traveled along the forest trails, with winding uphills and relaxing downhills, as if I was the only one left in the world. In addition, there was another very important matter that needed to be prioritized, which was to book the only ferry from Takamatsu to Kobe at 2pm on 5/3 (Friday). Because the official website does not accept credit cards issued by non-Japanese companies, and it has been announced that some dates during the Golden Week are full, I can only call to book. After trying to call dozens of times, I finally got the ferry ticket.
