[Japan🇯🇵] Kumamoto Azalea Festival, Takerakutei

#0yenspringtrip At the Azalea Festival, which colors spring in Kumamoto, colorful flowers bloomed in all their glory, and the picturesque scenery was soothing to the soul. After the festival, we visited the "Takerakutei" inn in Minamiaso Tawarayama Onsen, a secluded inn nestled in the quiet mountains that helps you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In the room with an open-air bath, bathing while looking at the night sky was exceptional, and I was able to refresh both body and mind. For dinner, we were served a creative kaiseki meal made with local ingredients, and the horse sashimi and lava-grilled red beef, specialties of Kumamoto, were particularly delicious. The warm hospitality of the staff was also impressive, making it a memorable trip.
