After visiting the cathedral, you can also shop at the nearby Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Rinascente department store. The cathedral's architectural style combines Gothic and Baroque influences. From the exterior to the interior, the design is intricate. Over 3,000 marble statues adorn the summit. I highly recommend purchasing a ticket to the summit, as you can get a close-up view of the cathedral's architecture and various statues.
