Breakfast was the most satisfying part of this stay, served at the Market restaurant behind the lobby bar on the first floor. The amazing thing is that this restaurant is guided by the famous chef Jean-Georges, who is the chef of the Jean-Georges restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, which has been highly praised.
