Mermaid Island is an outlying island far away from Kota Kinabalu, and the one-day sea tour itinerary is very tight. You must depart from the Kota Kinabalu hotel at 7 am, start the boat trip at 10 am, return at 2 or 3 pm, and arrive back in Kota Kinabalu city at 6 or 7 pm.
