Finally, the specially made ice cream, delicately presented and rich and creamy, with the aroma of Southeast Asian fruits, was the perfect end to the meal. Looking out into the distance, the afterglow of the setting sun shimmers on the ocean, creating a shimmering beauty that invites you to slow your breath and simply admire this golden sea. Although the restaurant isn't enclosed, lacking air conditioning or fancy decor, it's precisely this openness and naturalness that create Harbor View Restaurant's most captivating charm.
