#Manila Chinatown is located just across the Pasig River in the north of Manila. It's a popular tourist area, but it's one of the most dangerous areas in Manila, so you need to be careful. Pickpockets are the most common, so it's best not to take any valuables with you in the first place. Filipinos even tell you to be careful in Chinatown. Carry your bag in an apron, and using your smartphone while walking is out of the question. Pickpocket children are like robbers, so they'll steal your things and run away. (I've had my phone stolen.) The area where the food stalls selling miscellaneous goods are located is like a crowded train in Japan.
