Pulau Tiga is quite far from the mainland, about 56 kilometers from Kota Kinabalu. It's a good choice for those who want to completely relax in a quiet environment. Because it's far from the mainland, the water is clearer and there are more coral colors. Snorkeling can see small fish and coral, and if you're lucky, you can see starfish. It's a truly beautiful place with few people. Many couples and newlyweds choose to vacation and honeymoon here. Huantan Island is a newly developed island in recent years. It used to be a private island, and the facilities on the island were built to a relatively high standard, making it the most high-end island in Kota Kinabalu. The reason why it is called Huantan Island is because from the satellite view, the whole island is roughly a irregular circle and the reason why there is a circle of beaches surrounding the island.
