Stay Close to Nature and Mist at Kiang Koo Khao

Hello! In this trip, we’re taking you to Kiang Koo Khao, a nature-inspired accommodation surrounded by mist on the mountain peaks of Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai. - For transportation, we hired a red songthaew (local truck taxi) to take us there since we weren’t confident driving ourselves due to unfamiliarity with the route. The road goes uphill, but if you’re used to driving, a sedan can make it up. Just follow the GPS. - The sleeping area consists of large tents with clean bedding and pillows, along with complete amenities. The bathroom is located nearby, offering privacy as we were the only guests. The staff’s accommodation is situated below the guest area. - For dinner, we ordered the pork barbecue set provided by the accommodation—it was delicious and generously portioned. Breakfast was complimentary and equally tasty. - The atmosphere here is amazing. It’s cold at night, and in the morning, we soaked in a tub to challenge the chill. The mist was so dense it formed a sea of fog. The ambiance is truly exceptional, offering a close connection to nature. We were deeply impressed with this place. It was a stay filled with smiles.
