A cafe in the forest, beautiful like the countryside in Europe.

#ChiangmaiTravel On the way to Mon Cham, on the Mae Rim-Samoeng Road, there is a beautiful restaurant and cafe called The Ironwood. This shop was recommended in the Michelin Guide in 2020-2021. The location is a very natural forest with a stream flowing through it. There are shady trees planted throughout the area, including a large Ironwood tree, which is the origin of the shop's name. Inside the shop, there is a glass house, outdoor seating, a dining room, a reception room, and a bakery/bakery. The decoration is very beautiful, like the countryside in Europe. Just coming in to soak in the atmosphere is enough to make you feel full. For this meal, we ordered light snacks and desserts as follows: ➡️ Macadamia Salted Caramel Tart - I like this dessert the most out of all the desserts I ordered. The Macadamoa nuts are crispy and chewy, coated with chewy salted caramel. The base is a crispy, fragrant tart dough. It's 10 out of 10 delicious. ➡️ Passion Fruit-Mango Chilled Cheeseake ➡️ Tiramisu These two are also very good. The tiramisu is rich and juicy. The passion fruit-mango cheesecake is also quite enjoyable. ➡️ Fried sausage with betel leaves - Ordered as a snack, but the taste is very delicious. The sausage is sour and salty, just right. Wrapped in betel leaves, fried until crispy and hot. I like it very much. In addition, we also ordered drinks and coffee to go with the dessert. The coffee beans here are really good quality. Coffee lovers should love it.
