#Rainy season attractions 📌 101 Tea Plantation, Mae Salong Nok Subdistrict, Mae Fah Luang District, Chiang Rai Province 101 Tea Plantation is a very large tea plantation, planted in terraces. It is located before reaching Doi Mae Salong. You can visit the tea plantation for free and take pictures, but you are not allowed to pick the tea leaves. Inside the tea plantation, there is a souvenir shop, free tea products to taste, and explanations and demonstrations of the correct way to brew tea. There are also accommodations and a Thai-Yunnan Chinese restaurant. How to get there: Drive from Mueang Chiang Rai District, heading towards Doi Mae Salong. It takes about 1 hour. The road is steep and curved, so you have to be careful while driving. However, the view on both sides of the road is very beautiful, full of lush green tea plantations.
