We arrived at around 11.00 am (this shouldn't be too late, I think 😂) but we still made it in time because Kiew Mae Pan opens from 06.00 - 16.00 and is only open during November - May. 🪴 Steps and expenses for walking to Kiew Mae Pan - Once we parked our car, we went straight to the checkpoint below the entrance to Kiew Mae Pan. - We had to register to reserve a queue and inform the staff of the number of people. When walking to Kiew Mae Pan, we couldn't go alone. We had to have a local guide to lead us, which costs 200 baht per group, with no more than 10 people per group. - Once we registered, we just waited in line. When it was our turn, our guide came to take us to start our journey. The waiting time wasn't very long because there were 10-minute departure times, but I think it really depends on the number of guides and tourists each day. 🚶‍♀️ And then it was time to leave. The walk to Kiew Mae Pan takes about 2-3 hours, the distance is about 3.2 kilometers. The path has both straight paths, uphill and downhill, stairs and stairs. Let me tell you that it is very complete. 🌱 In addition to walking to see various trees and plants, Kiew Mae Pan also has many tourist spots for us to take pictures and explore nature, such as Lan Sadet Waterfall, semi-alpine grassland (this point is so beautiful that it is eye-popping), Couple Rocks and many more waiting for everyone to visit. When we went, the most fun was looking for thousand-year roses because at that time there were very few flowers blooming, so we had to keep looking. For those who want to see thousand-year roses, I recommend going during December - March. 📷 As for Kiew Mae Pan, it is suitable for those who want to experience hiking but do not want to go through too much trouble like us because the distance is not very far and does not take long. There are tourist spots to admire along the way. And up to the mountain ridge, you will see a sea of ​​fog (actually, the sea of ​​fog depends on the weather, the day and time that we go. If you want to see a sea of ​​fog, I recommend going in the morning). In any case, Kiew Mae Pan is a short hike that is worth visiting. 🦵Finally, prepare your body for walking to Kiew Mae Pan.
