Day 1: Arrival & Victoria Harbour Landing in Hong Kong set the tone for an exciting trip. After a quick Airport Express ride to Tsim Sha Tsui, we checked in and headed straight out to explore. Lunch was classic dim sum—har gow, siu mai, and flaky egg tarts that melted in our mouths. In the afternoon, we took the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, where the city skyline unfolded beneath us like a sea of glittering towers.
