A must-visit street food spot in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau area. While Macau boasts many famous eateries, Taishan Pork Bone Hotpot is highly recommended by locals. The place is always bustling with diners, making it a go-to spot for late-night meals every time I visit. 😋 🍲 Must-try Pork Bone Hotpot: The broth has a flavor reminiscent of peppery Bak Kut Teh. Savor the meat on the bones, suck out the marrow from the big bones, and pair it with the soup for a truly satisfying and warming experience. Eating with your hands makes it even more enjoyable. 👍 🍲 Stir-fried dishes: Various salt-and-pepper dishes are a staple here. Only in Macau did I discover how delicious salt-and-pepper corn can be. Other must-try dishes include salt-and-pepper shrimp, salt-and-pepper tofu (surprisingly good with vinegar), salt-baked whelks, stir-fried clams, and stir-fried razor clams. I always order the roasted pigeon as well. 💯 There are two locations: one on the Macau Peninsula and another in Taipa. Choose based on your convenience; both serve excellent food!
