When I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Macau, I found out that I could access the Grand Resort Deck water park in Galaxy Macau for free as a perk, and I thought I had to experience it! I immediately went and enjoyed it to the fullest. This time, I will introduce my experience at the water park. 1. Access to the Grand Resort Deck The Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy Macau is free for guests of The Ritz-Carlton Macau. This perk was very much appreciated, and I was able to easily access it using the voucher provided at the time of hotel check-in. The water park is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, so it is conveniently located so you can enjoy it right away. 2. You can play all day at the vast water park! The Grand Resort Deck is very large and packed with various attractions. The first thing that caught my eye was the huge group of slides. There are several different types of slides, from thrilling ones to gentle ones for families, and they are designed to be enjoyed by customers of all ages. We first tried the thrilling free-fall type slide. The sensation of sliding down with force provided a pleasant excitement. 3. Lazy river and relaxing area The water park also has a lazy river and a lagoon area where you can relax and enjoy active play, so you can spend some time relaxing as well. In the lazy river, you can let yourself flow slowly with the water and refresh your whole body. It's a perfect spot to relax your tired body with pleasant sunlight. 4. Attractions that the whole family can enjoy The water play area for children is especially recommended for families. It is equipped with shallow pools, water fountains, and splash pads where even small children can play safely, so you can enjoy it with your family. As a parent, it was very helpful to be able to relax while watching my children play happily. 5. Full resort atmosphere at the beach area The water park also has an artificial beach area where you can relax on the sand. You can relax in a beach chair while listening to the sound of the sea and feel like you are in a resort. It was a new experience to spend time relaxing on an artificial beach instead of swimming in the sea. 6. Excellent facilities and service Grand Resort Deck has excellent facilities. It is equipped with shower facilities, lockers, and resting areas, which is especially nice for being comfortable after sweating or enjoying water activities. There is also an area by the pool where snacks and drinks are served, so you can fully refresh yourself.
