Missing our Holidays #6: The Grand Coloane, Macau

Whenever we decide to take a break and stay overnight in Macau, we have always stayed at the Grand Coloane. Situated next to 黑纱沙滩 (Hac Sa Beach), you can get a wonderful view over the ocean from your window, every morning. Then, you can go downstairs, enjoy the delicious buffet breakfast, then go and take the shuttle bus/public bus to see some sights in Macau. You can come back to your hotel room and get ready for lunch if you want. Then, you can enjoy a 15–30 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) along Hac Sa Beach to eat at the renowned Fernando’s. After your long lunch, take a slow walk back to the hotel, get changed, and relax in the pool. If you wanted, you could even go golfing at the Golf Club which is right next to the Hotel and offers discounts to guests. Right now, the Grand Coloane is a quarantine hotel in Macau, but it is rated as one of the best quarantine stays in Macau with excellent food provided, good service, comfortable rooms, and of course, a beautiful, scenic view. #hotel #macau #holiday
