Feng Tang Alley: A Southern European Charm

Feng Tang Alley has become one of Macau's must-visit attractions. The yellow ancient building of the Mercy House, along with the garden's unique style, is perfect for taking photos. Inside, there's an authentic Portuguese restaurant, and next to it is the Portuguese Lifestyle Store where you can buy souvenirs like soap and sardines. Next to the yellow ancient building is the Grand Mercy House, which hosts calligraphy classes by local calligraphers every weekend. Up the stairs, there's another Portuguese souvenir shop and a wine shop specializing in port wine, perfect for gifts or personal use. Also located in the alley is the Our Lady of Carmel Church, one of Macau's three ancient churches. It provided spiritual support to leprosy patients back in the day, and today, it still holds masses, having been rebuilt in 1886.
