Macau Galaxy - The Ritz-Carlton Hotel The staff at Galaxy are all very friendly. Don't be nervous when asking for directions, they speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. If you want to practice your English, you can ask the foreign staff. They are mostly from non-English speaking countries, so you can get directions with simple words. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel make you feel like a spring breeze. When you go out, they will ask if you need help getting a taxi, and when you return, they will help open the car door. Every night when you come back, your things will be neatly organized. One night, a foreign staff member even tried to greet me in Chinese. I was stunned for about five seconds before realizing he was saying good night. It was so cute, hahaha. The hotel's own pool is also very large, with many fun places. I had so much fun that I forgot to take pictures. All the rooms here are suites, just different levels. The room has a strong smell of smoke. Although it looks luxurious, it feels a bit old. The lobby doesn't smell nice either. When I stayed at Wynn Palace before, everything smelled nice. The only photogenic place in the lower floor rooms is the bathroom. Maybe the higher floors have a view to shoot, but the lower floors are silent. But anyway, I didn't pay for it myself, so why complain, hahaha. I missed breakfast, so I don't know how it is. The toiletries are all large fixed bottles (sealed). The soundproofing is okay. I didn't hear any strange noises during my stay. I wouldn't stay here if it wasn't free. The building is connected to Galaxy, just a few minutes' walk. It takes about ten minutes by taxi to MGM and City of Dreams.
