Authentic Northern Cuisine in Macau.

'Man Tang Hong', located in the Grand Hyatt Macau, is a restaurant renowned for its authentic Northern cuisine. The ambiance inside the restaurant is also very comfortable and elegant. The Peking duck is the signature dish of 'Man Tang Hong', and there is an oven inside the restaurant to roast the duck on the spot for guests. Once the Peking duck is ordered, it is immediately roasted, and the shiny, oily duck is truly enticing. The chef will carve the duck at the table into three separate dishes: duck skin, duck meat, and the skin with meat from the duck's flank. You can enjoy them on their own or wrapped up, and it's incredibly delicious. The sweet and sour pork is my favorite. The cumin stir-fried lamb is also tasty, with plenty of onions that are sweet and not at all spicy.
