Macau Citywalk Guide

I visited Macau a few days ago, and the route we took was very quiet with few people around, making it suitable for peacefully experiencing life in Macau. 🛃 Customs: I strongly recommend using the Qingmao Port of Entry, which is right next to Gongbei. There really aren't many people there, the air conditioning is cool, and you can go through customs without queuing. However, there are no shuttle buses at Qingmao Port, so you can take a bus after arriving in Macau. 🚌 Transportation: The bus system in Macau is relatively convenient, and the buses are not too crowded. I found the navigation to be quite accurate, so it can be relied upon. 🪙 Currency: For shopping and dining, WeChat/Alipay are widely accepted and payments are converted at the real-time exchange rate. However, only some bus routes support electronic payment, so it's advisable to carry cash for bus rides. I personally don't think it's necessary to exchange too much Pataca/Hong Kong Dollar. City Walk Route: 1⃣️ Ruins of St. Paul's: It's not crowded before 8 am, so early risers can go there for photos. 2⃣️ Fisherman's Wharf: A collection of European-style buildings. 3⃣️ Lai Chi Vun Village Old Shipyard: Here you can find Hon Kee Cafe, which serves delicious and affordable hand-brewed coffee, even though the cafe doesn't have air conditioning. Not far from the cafe is the shipyard area, with detailed historical introductions and exhibitions about the village and shipyard. 4⃣️ Rua Cinco de Outubro: This street is lined with various European-style buildings, and Andrew's Bakery is also located here, where many people queue up for egg tarts. 5⃣️ The Venetian: The third floor is famous for the Venetian Sky and shops, where you can buy souvenirs. 6⃣️ The Parisian and The Londoner: These are mainly luxury shopping spots. The Parisian and The Londoner are connected internally, with a passageway that allows you to walk directly between them, which is very convenient. Personally, I think the night view of The Parisian is not as good as the daytime view; the lighting on the Eiffel Tower at night is not very attractive.
