Located on the 36th floor of The Londoner Hotel in Macau, The Crystal Palace is a restaurant that is only open to guests staying at The Londoner Macau. Guests of the hotel can enjoy afternoon tea, cocktails, and breakfast. The breakfast at The Crystal Palace is incredibly luxurious, featuring high-end ingredients such as lobster, caviar, black truffle, and bird's nest. The Portuguese-style stuffed crab shell is filled with large chunks of crab meat, mixed with Portuguese sauce, onions, and mushrooms and baked to perfection, absolutely delicious. The caviar and lobster claw steamed egg is a masterpiece, the salty caviar pairs wonderfully with the steamed egg, fresh and smooth, and the lobster is also very fresh and bouncy. The breakfast offers a variety of dim sum, and the most surprising is the abalone and sea cucumber wild rice chicken. The wild rice is made with glutinous rice with a bit of red rice, and as soon as you open it, you can see the abalone, which also tastes very good. The Eggs Benedict is delicious, I had two servings. When I ordered the second time, the chef said I could add black truffle or caviar, but it was too busy and forgot to add the caviar for me. The bird's nest with coconut milk stewed milk is super tasty, with a bit of almond juice and bird's nest added to the stewed milk, it has a light sweetness, very nourishing and refreshing. For drinks, there are fresh juices, whole coconuts, coffee, and a variety of teas. The menu also changes every day, which is a pleasant surprise, and overall, it's all very impressive.
