Macau Studio City, The Bi Ying Residences.. Michelin recommended, give it a try first!

Because of going to Studio City Water Park... Before entering the venue, go to New Casino to find something to eat. Come and try the Michelin-recommended Bi Ying Ju! The most famous dish at Bi Ying Ju is the char siu grilled in ancient lychee wood. I have to try it... The char siu is thickly sliced..I thought it would be very woody but it was loose in the mouth.. sweet.. even though two people eat such a big plate... It won't be stale and greasy.. My boyfriend even ordered a bowl of white rice to serve with barbecued pork 🤣 In addition, we also ordered peppercorn pigeon and black pepper beef bun. The combination of peppercorns and pigeon is usually rare... So it attracts me... Once on the table...it smells so good... The skin is crispy.. When you eat, you eat the taste of peppercorns in every bite. Really eat to the bone will have a taste .. 😋 but will not rob the smell of breast pigeon .. This is an option worth trying besides char siu! Finally we ordered the black pepper beef bun. It's a bit like pan-fried buns... Pan-fried on both sides. Relatively ordinary..not too special... Of course Bi Ying Ju has a lot of food choices... We only try three things. The char siu and breast pigeon are worth a try. And the environment is quite comfortable..
