Hanging under the corridor are plaques inscribed with poems praising peonies by literati from various dynasties. In spring, wisteria vines entwine the corridor frame, reflecting beautifully with the lake’s surface, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the profound heritage of peony culture while strolling through. Image 3: Core Peony Viewing Area (Yao Huang Peony) Known as the "King of Flowers" among peonies, the Yao Huang peony blooms on a high slope flowerbed. Its layers of pale yellow petals and full golden stamens shimmer under the sunlight. Surrounded by lush green lawns and lake stones, it highlights its majestic and noble temperament. Image 4: Core Peony Viewing Area (Wei Zi Peony) The Wei Zi peony, known alongside Yao Huang as the "Queen of Flowers," boasts deep purple petals that are rich and striking, with large, full blossoms and a long-lasting fragrant aroma.
