Chiang-Song Villa in Luoyang

The Chiang-Song Villa in Luoyang is a two-story villa built on Xiangshan by the local government for Chiang Kai-shek and his wife during their visit to Luoyang to "avoid birthday celebrations." Now a tourist attraction, the villa is free to visit but requires entry through the Longmen Grottoes scenic area. Though relatively small, the villa exudes a strong Republican-era style. It faithfully recreates the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room of Chiang and his wife, and features many artifacts from that era. Visitors can immerse themselves in the history of the time, reflecting on the chaos of warlord conflicts and the challenges of a turbulent era. The Chiang-Song Villa covers an area of over 650 square meters, with a semi-hipped roof and a clear-water arcade loft-style architectural layout. It contains more than 20 rooms, with a total building area of 816.0 square meters.
