The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which was a key part of the wonderful experience here. The location is perfect for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed city, with everything within walking distance. The building itself is a beautiful heritage property, though the soundproofing could be improved, which is the only downside. However, this did not affect my stay in this charming old house converted into a luxurious hotel. It is truly beautiful and has a heritage charm that fits the city perfectly.
