Hiking and kayaking day

If you plan on visiting Nam Ha National Protected Area, be sure to sign up for a river excursion as well. The best way to observe the waterways in this portion of the park is to rent a kayak and go on a guided tour through the Laotian rainforest, where you can see all of the indigenous flora and species. You may witness animals drinking from and bathing in the rivers depending on the route, so this is a terrific alternative to an overland hike in the park.
