A Delightful Stay: My Third Visit

I adore this hotel immensely! I've been here three times and plan to return. It's like home away from home. The ambiance and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Pile, the general manager, consistently goes above and beyond. Khamali’s assistance, warm smile, and lively energy were wonderful and really helpful. Finally, Fernando at the restaurant is my top favorite; he is welcoming, friendly, and brings amazing energy! He contributes significantly to the overall atmosphere. The room was delightful, very spacious with lots of light, and exceptionally clean! Plus, the location is great, near parks and Paddington Station. Overall, fantastic! Thank you all for making my stay so accommodating. I needed to use the yoga room, and the staff made it happen! Also, I got a massage with Elizabeth—wow, incredible (Liza)! Thank you, I’ll be back again! Finally, I must praise the woman head chef, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch—she was also impressive, and I've attached some photos of the scrumptious dessert!
