London | The hidden Spanish restaurant in Borough for New year reunion

On Monday evening, the restaurant was still quite busy. The environment and ambiance were absolutely amazing! Spanish Padron Peppers: The surface is crispy, rich in oil but not greasy, and very delicious! Spanish Ham: The smoked flavor of the ham is spot on, and the large platter is perfect for three people to share. Scallops: Super tender, with a bit of a spicy kick. A few of them were slightly overcooked on the surface. Beef Shoulder: The beef has a hint of red wine seasoning, which makes it really flavorful. It's easy to cut and tastes great. Roasted Cauliflower: Ever since I discovered how to roast cauliflower, I’ve fallen in love with it. The veggies aren’t too dry, with a bit of a charred aroma and some creamy base at the bottom. Dipping it a little makes it so tasty! Duck Breast: Two small pieces with no strong gamey taste, and the marinated cherries give it a very unique flavor.
