London | Michelin Starred restaurant in Michelin House

Claude Bosi at Bibendum, Michelin House 📍81 Fulham Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 6RD Last weekend, I went to a two-star Michelin restaurant in Chelsea. The overall feel of this restaurant is very "proud to be a Michelin restaurant." Michelin decorations can be found on the walls, glass, bookshelves, and corners, exuding an air of elegance and luxury, with a hint of Chinese style. I was very fortunate to have the cod main course this time, and the sommelier recommended a 2015 wine from the USA. (It was actually the first time I had a USA wine recommended to me at a Michelin-starred restaurant, which was quite surprising.) I was a bit apprehensive before drinking it, but the taste was truly subtle and delicious. The wine is from Gran Moraine Winery, located in the sub-region of Yamhill-Carlton in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. This winery primarily grows Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, and I had the classic Gran Moraine Chardonnay dry white wine (Gran Moraine Chardonnay, Yamhill-Carlton, USA). The design of the glass concentrated the aroma, and even before tasting, I could already appreciate its wonderful scent. The wine itself was light-bodied, with distinct flavors of lemon, grapefruit, apple, and pear, with the fruitiness being particularly pronounced.
