LiYang MeiGao Mountain Wild Hot Spring Resort 🌈🌈Spent another weekend at a luxury resort, this time without my husband but with my parents. We chose the LiYang MeiGao Hot Spring Resort, known for its cliff treehouses, which come in one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom varieties, perfect for family trips. 🌈🔮The famous LiYang Tianmu Lake is well-known, and so are its hot springs. Thus, LiYang MeiGao is also a hot spring resort. In addition to the outdoor public hot springs, each treehouse has its own private hot spring pool, allowing you to fully enjoy the privacy. Designed by a Dutch team, the 31 treehouses are built against the mountains, each boasting 360-degree views and surrounded by tea plantations. It's said to have won the Best Vacation Architecture World Award. Each house comes with a butler on call at any time, and there's a shuttle service for various attractions. 🌈Experience List 🔮180-degree infinity pool, surrounded by lush tea plantations and jungle, swimming in the tea garden is amazing! I went swimming twice, once in the evening and once at noon. The evening is comfortable with the setting sun, but it's also very crowded. 🌈The midday sun is too harsh, but this is the time when it's least crowded. The pool opens at 9 am, which is already quite hot for summer. Advance reservation is required, and you can only book once a day. 🔮Cloud Top Afternoon Tea, at the highest point of the resort. Inside is a fully transparent floor-to-ceiling window, and outside is a large terrace with beautiful views. Afternoon tea time is 14:00-16:00. 🔮The resort's restaurant offers dishes that are full of color, aroma, and taste! They are even better than the average farmhouse restaurant. When visiting Tianmu Lake, you must try the Tianmu Lake fish head, with tender fish meat and delicious soup, highly recommended! 🔮Every June, you can see fireflies at the Firefly Night Park. I missed it this year, but friends going next year can catch this period! There are also super cute farms and horse riding and other entertainment projects to experience. 🔮Since it's summer, I didn't go to the outdoor hot springs but enjoyed the private bath in the room.
