Lisbon | The only world best 50 restaurants in Lisbon

This is the only restaurant in Lisbon listed among the World’s Best 50, and it’s quite impressive and the dishes are rarely disappointing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even allowed me to take photos of the chefs preparing the dishes. The staff explained that the black sesame butter was inspired by a Lisbon summer drink often enjoyed with beer, created to convey the taste of Lisbon summers. A small pre-starter of bread topped with a bit of caviar combined the sweet flavor of the dough with the salty caviar perfectly. The drink was a nice balance of sour and sweet.
