#Overseas travel The Miradouro das Portas do Sol observation deck is the first square on the hill in the Alfama district. In the center stands a statue of St. Vincent, and on one side is the Museum of Decorative Arts and an open-air cafe. When you approach the terrace on the river side, you can see the red roofs that decorate the entire Alfama district at your feet.
