Tracing beauty through the snow, I wait for you in Lintao this winter to appreciate the snowfall

Snow descends in winter, and gusts of northern wind rise, blanketing Lintao in white throughout the season. Each snowflake, like a piece of text, detaches from the heart of the sky, covering the ground, filling the world, composing the articles of winter. Lintao County, historically known as Didao, is under the jurisdiction of Dingxi City, Gansu Province. Named for the Tao River within its borders, Lintao has been a renowned town in the northwest since ancient times, a strategic stronghold in Longyou, and one of the important cradles of the ancient Yellow River culture. It is also the southern gateway to Lanzhou and a key node of the 'Lanzhou-Baiyin economic zone'. Here lies the unique Majiayao culture, with its site located at the mouth of Mayu Gully on the west bank of the Tao River in Majiayao Village, Lintao County. In 1924, Johan Gunnar Andersson came to this place and discovered its unique ancient cultural site, unearthing a large number of painted pottery vessels. In winter, the Yuelu Mountain in Lintao is shrouded in mist, resembling a scene of piled silver and jade. Distant mountains meet the sky, sketching a tranquil ink painting. Snow falls on treetops, dressing the branches in silver, as if a strong northern wind suddenly blew overnight, blooming thousands of pear flowers, draping a delicate white gauze, quaint and elegant, like poetry and painting. The snow ushers in the prelude to winter, ringing in the end of the year. Winter is a time for storage and also for hope. In the cycle of seasonal growth and decay, new dreams are being brewed.
