You must stay at Haitang Bay Homestay when visiting Shuhe Ancient Town! The courtyard design is amazing, lush with flowers and greenery, plus a small pond with fish swimming around. It's so relaxing to sit in the yard sipping tea and chatting during leisure time. The rooms have excellent natural light and views—just open the window to enjoy the ancient town scenery. The cleanliness is impeccable, with every corner spotless. I'm truly in love! Haitang Bay Homestay really left an impression on me! Not just because of the comfortable stay, but also because the owner gives fantastic recommendations. We originally planned to just explore the ancient town, but the owner suggested, "There's a nearby village called Yuhu Village—less crowded, stunning views, and you can see the snow-capped mountains." We took his advice and weren't disappointed. The village is full of stone houses with the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance—the photos we took blew up our social media! He also told us to visit Qinglong Bridge at 7 AM to capture the misty morning scenery without crowds. Sure enough, the views that morning were breathtakingly beautiful. Staying here isn't just about accommodation—it's like having a local guide, doubling the travel experience. A huge thumbs-up!
