The beef in sour soup is highly recommended. 📍Address: Zhaoqing Miao Village, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province ⏰Business Hours: 09:00 - 21:00 Tips: Remember to book in advance, you may have to queue up during popular hours ~ 2️⃣ Tie-dye experience workshop Miao tie-dye is a local specialty craft, you can attend workshops on site from choosing fabric to dyeing every step is hands-on, after completion there will be an instructor to help you narrow the fabric, take home with commemorative value and hipster! 📍Address: Designated workshop in Zhaoqing Miao Village ⏰ Advance reservation is recommended for experience time Tips: Wear dark clothes to avoid staining your body! 3️⃣ Terrace slow tour There is a whole terraced field outside Miao Village, the scenery changes with the seasons, the most beautiful in the morning or dusk, the opportunity to photograph the sunrise and sunset reflect the terrace texture, great photography. Tips: In case of rainy days, some sections of the road are muddier, it is recommended to prepare non-slip shoes. 4️⃣ Libo Little Seven Kong Green Lake Libo Little Seven Kong is famous for its clear water, light green lake water, surrounded by woods, as if in a fairy tale world, walk along the wooden canyon to see the details of the lake up close. 📍Address: Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, Libo County, Guizhou Province ⏰ Opening hours of the scenic spot: 08:00-18:00 Tips: It is recommended to visit on weekdays/off-season to avoid too much crowds affecting the experience 🍴Incoming food recommendations - Beef in sour soup (sold in many small shops in Miao village, spicy and sour) - Miao family dumplings/bean curd dessert (recommended to try with Miao's unique spice sauce) - Miaozhai specialty chicken soup (nourishing and warming) 🚗 Transportation guide From Guiyang to Zhaoqing Miao Village can take a bus (about 3 hours), or charter more flexible, you can take pictures of the terraces and other small attractions. It is recommended to charter a car at Libo Little Seven Kong Scenic Area, and the mountain scenery along the way is worth stopping to take pictures. 📌 Tips - The interior of the Miao village is mostly stone slabs/dirt, non-slip casual shoes are recommended for playing/walking - Tie dye If you have a history of skin allergies remember to wear protective gloves - Attractions are mostly outdoors, summer pay attention to sun protection, mosquitoes - Sitting in the outdoor restaurant is recommended to sit before dusk, feel the Miao Village sunset most comfortable Playing such an authentic and atmospheric trip really gave me more of a slow life and healing feeling than being in the city!
