Wat Phra Phutthabat Huai Tom in Lamphun

Wat Phra Phutthabat Huai Tom is the largest temple in the Li district of Lamphun and is also the village temple for the Pakayor people. At the entrance of the temple, there is a monument of Phra Kru Ba Chaiwongsa. The temple grounds are extensive and serve as an important religious site and a spiritual center for the Huai Tom community. The temple features beautiful Lanna-style architecture made from quarried slate. Behind the temple, a significant site is the Viharn Phra Mueang Kaew, where the Phra That (relic stupa) is beautifully decorated and houses the relics of Luang Pu Kru Ba Chaiwongsa Pattana.
