Bipenggou: A 4-Hour Tour Covering All Highlights

We traveled to Bipenggou from Dujiangyan city. The weather that day was overcast, with a slightly cloudy sky, and the sun wasn’t too hot 🌥️. We arrived at the park entrance around 12:20 PM. We had already purchased our tickets via Trip.com, and using the QR code to scan for entry was incredibly convenient. We started our tour at approximately 12:30 PM. 📍LongWangHai 龙王海 The first stop was LongWangHai Lake. We crossed a wooden bridge to board a bus, which took us to the lake. The view here was stunning, with a vast lake surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains in the background. After taking some photos, we walked to board a battery-powered vehicle heading to Namu Lake. Along the way, the water in the lake was crystal clear. 📍ShangHaiZi 上海子 Next, we took the battery-powered vehicle and then another bus to ShangHaiZi. This spot was breathtakingly beautiful. Right at the bus stop, you could see the magnificent snow-capped mountains. 🚌 PanYang Lake 磐羊湖 After getting off the bus, we encountered a waterfall with an amazing view. The area featured a waterfall, a lake, and mountains surrounding it, offering a different kind of beauty compared to LongWangHai. On the way to purchase tickets for the battery-powered vehicle, the scenery was fantastic, and there were plenty of photo opportunities if you had time. However, we didn’t linger too long. (Make sure not to throw away any tickets you’ve purchased, as you’ll need them for the return trip.) 🚌 YanZiYan 燕子岩 Upon getting off the vehicle, you’ll find a fork in the road. Turn right and walk a bit further to reach a wide open area with towering mountains up close. If you turn left at the fork, you can walk deeper into nature. This spot also has service shops offering food and drinks. Overall, Bipenggou is a fantastic destination to explore on your own.
