Leshan

I have been to Chengdu many times but never had the chance to go to Leshan before this years CNY. I saw the big Buddha firstly from the boat cruise and the next day we walked to get the close up. We managed to get to the head but there was a sign saying the line to go down to see the Buddha was 4 hours because so many people were there for the new year. So we skipped that part. I heard from locals that normally the line is not so bad. After walking to the Buddha head we took the ferry over to the city side for some serious snacking.
