This tower was first built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, originally named Qixiu Tower, with 9 external layers and 17 internal layers, nearly 60 meters. The tower body has many relief stone carvings, which are the fine works of stone carving in southern Guangdong in the Ming Dynasty. Inside the park, there is a 'Two Public Temple' to worship the famous officials of the Qing Dynasty, Chen Bin and Chen Changqi.
