Taitung Green Island: Ziping Natural Ecological Area

Ziping is located at the southernmost part of Green Island, next to the private "Green Island Camping Area" of Green Island. There is a road next to the campsite leading to the lagoon "Ziping" on the coast. Ziping is a tidal pool composed of corals, and it is also an ecological zone with many short shrubs. Some people say it is like a small Guilin. It is also an intertidal ecological and water caltrop growth area. Water caltrops look like plum blossoms, so it is also called the Plum Sea. Although the strong winds and waves in the open sea will also affect the ecological zone of Ziping, you can see hermit crabs in the ecological zone. I still remember seeing squirrels on the road leading to Ziping that day.
