Fontana - Natural hot springs near the Golden Circle

I would like to recommend one of my personal favorite hot springs, located on the Golden Circle route. Many local Icelandic groups choose this place as an additional project for the Golden Circle. Compared to the Blue Lagoon, there are fewer people here, and the facilities are very complete (I personally don't like wild hot springs, after all, complete facilities are very important). There are several pools with different water temperatures to choose from, and the scenery is very attractive with mountains and waters. If you are lucky, you can see the aurora at night! Friends who don't go to the north can choose here, just near the Golden Circle, located on Route 37 between Thingvellir National Park and Geysir in the Golden Circle. Icelandic hot springs are generally more "natural", and the supporting facilities are very general. The hot spring in the valley near Skógafoss waterfall doesn't even have a place to take a bath, only a small pool. The facilities of Fontana Hot Springs are extremely complete, and there is also a steam room! It's very close to the geyser. When planning a trip to the geyser, you can leave three or four hours to soak in the hot springs here.
