||DAY 1 Chengdu West-Lanzhou Station-Hotel, Zhongshan Bridge-HuJia Baozi-Readers' Building, Dunhuang Academy-Zhongshan Bridge, Hotel (Rest) DAY 2 Hotel-Shui Mo Danxia-Ma Anjun Spicy Beef Noodles (Qilihe)-Gansu Provincial Museum-Old Street-Zhongshan Bridge-Lanzhou Station-Chengdu West Highly recommended: Zhongshan Bridge, Shui Mo Danxia, Dunhuang Academy The hotel is near Zhongshan Bridge. I passed by and took a couple of photos. Haha, it's very picturesque! The river is really blue-green! So clear! I originally planned to go to Baitashan and Old Street on the first afternoon and evening, but I got trainsick the night before!!! I had to rest in the hotel for half a day, haha. The filling of the vegetarian buns at HuJia Baozi is very special. It's made of chives, tofu, egg white, and white fungus (friends who get carsick shouldn't drink porridge 🙅🏻‍♀️). I ignorantly drank some and felt sick again. Ma Anjun Spicy Beef Noodles is crowded during mealtimes. There will be fewer people around 2 p.m. The free explanation at the Dunhuang Academy at 11 a.m. is worth listening to. It lasts for an hour and explains the origin of Buddhism, who the owners of the grotto portraits are, and the stories of the murals. It's very interesting and the colors are beautiful. I booked a tour for Shui Mo Danxia. The three-hour tour was a bit rushed, but I was able to finish it. The zip line and the flying boat were fun. The main modes of transportation in the city are shared e-bikes and subways, which are very convenient. Lanzhou is highly recommended for friends from the south because there is snow! Playable snow!
