A Puzzling Panopticon - The Atom

The Atom in Lancashire England is called a Panopticon and is a bronze coated, glass fibre and concrete structure that provides a work of art, viewing point and shelter from which to enjoy the surrounding landscape. It’s really interesting to see the juxtaposition of this sweeping countryside with this modern art feature.
