Dhanabodi Ceramic Museum, Lampang Province

The Dhanabadee Ceramic Museum in Lampang Province is a collection of stories of the legend of the Rooster Bowl, a famous product of Lampang. We will see the making of the Rooster Bowl, the glaze, the decoration, the pattern writing, until it became the unique Rooster Bowl until today. When we visit, we will learn about the history of the Dhanabadee Ceramic, which has been passed down to our descendants. It was difficult to find white clay to produce this ceramic, so we can see the value hidden in the Rooster Bowl. We will also see the large ancient dragon kiln used to burn ceramics in the past, which is now out of use. We will see the production of small cups and the drawing of various lines that require meticulousness and patience before each cup is finished. The last part is the Workshop room where you can come to learn and design your own ceramic products.
