Golden Hour at Lake Tekapo: Reflections & Relaxation🌠

Spending sunset at Lake Tekapo was one of the most magical moments of my trip. I stayed at the Lake Tekapo Holiday Park, which offered an amazing spot to watch the sky change colors. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the lake lit up in soft golds and purples, reflecting everything like a giant mirror—it felt peaceful and unreal. Before sunset, I explored the area, visited the Church of the Good Shepherd, and took a slow walk along the lake. The air was crisp, and the stunning turquoise water looked even more vibrant in the late afternoon light. Once the sun was gone, the stars slowly appeared—Tekapo is famous for its dark skies and stargazing, and it truly lives up to the hype.✨️🌌🌠 For dinner, I recommend grabbing fish and chips from The Better Batter NZ, just across from the holiday park.
